THIS IS MY DAD
This is my Dad.. He has always been the “Santa” of our family, growing up he always made our dreams come true and now he is “Santa” for hundreds of kids in Arequipa, Peru. There are kids that call him Santa year around because he always comes to their homes with bags full of food, clothing and sometimes toys but more than anything with love for them as they were his own. My Dad doesn’t ignore the special needs people or dirty poor children on the street he lives with them and makes their lives a little brighter. Many times he plays the role of the father to the fatherless and shows the unconditional love of God... I’m so thankful that this is MY DAD!! I’ve been blessed beyond all measures.. THREE OCC BOXES PACKED FOR EACH BABY
Three OCC shoe boxes packed, one for each of our babies. The first shoe box was the hardest to pack and brought this momma to tears. The first shoe box is in memory of our first baby that we never got to hold in our arms but that we love with all our hearts.. Brain cancer took away your ability to walk, then talk , then took control of your 11 year old body…We were encouraged after completing your first round chemotherapy treatments. You were allowed to go home with your little brother, sister and MOM!
God allowed us all a time of love, family and prayer. Unexpectedly, you had a major seizure. Your Mom held you all the way to the emergency room..
The hands of CHRIST reached down in your Mother’s arms and embraced you, taking our beloved José Manuel to Heaven.
Your little classmates carried your casket into the church singing praises to our LORD. We are heartbroken.
We embrace the promise of Heaven.
We love you.
