We have partnered with Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child in 2019 forming a team here in Arequipa Peru. Collectively we built our distribution network with over 20 local churches and have distributed about 7,000 gift boxes in areas of extreme poverty in 2019. Our Live Simply team ran a weekly Greatest Journey Discipleship class for about 40 kids in distress sharing the life changing message of Jesus Christ!

Rainbow Mountain is a colorful mountainside in the Andes of Peru. In short, the colors you see were formed by sedimentary mineral layers in the mountain that have been exposed by erosion. The Rainbow Mountain trailhead is located a 3-hour drive from Cusco, where day trips have recently grown quite popular. It’s 17,000 feet high and a very challenging climb for even experienced trekkers!

INCLUSION AWARENESS MONTH
October is INCLUSION AWARENESS MONTH for the Special Needs, physically disabled and mentally challenged. We had a celebration at our Special Needs Orphanage/Special Needs School/ Deaf Center School with your support.
Watch the little girl enter into the video (on FB) with the pink striped shirt as she joins the fun. She is welcomed into the group as family. What makes her unique is she is a deaf mute along with a few other challenges. I intentionally muted sound so you could experience life in her world. She begins dancing and playing and is accepted, just as GOD MADE HER PERFECT IN HIS IMAGE!

We took a giant bus family field trip with the kids! Our special needs orphanage kids plus our special needs school kids plus our deaf center class all enjoyed a family field trip because of you! (73 kids) We had a big bull blocking the road, then some donkey’s and a flock of sheep but finally made it and had a wonderful day loving our family!

Water is a luxury to many….Kids raised in rural Peru spend many hours carrying water jugs rather than kicking a soccer ball. A fresh water source can reduce disease, keep kids in school and change lives. After making bricks for 12 hours a day, this single Mom hand bathes her baby girl...We help prevent child abandonment by embracing single Mom’s needs.We live to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.

WHEELS FOR THE WORLD: Joni Eareckson Tada Providing Life Change for Kids!
We volunteered at a free wheelchair distribution campaign thru the partnership of Joni Eareckson Tada (www.joniandfirends.com), MMI Peru (MMI.org) at Iglesia Bautista Vida Nueva, Arequipa Peru & in return we got brand new wheelchairs for our beloved ministry kids Jose Manuel, Mia, Sandra, Aurora, Caleb, Flavio and Meechie! A 40 foot container of equipment was given away as we shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
