MMI Peru EYE Clinic for Special Needs Families and Single Mom's

We have been serving at an eye clinic with MMI Perú 🇵🇪 for two weeks. The LORD brought WORLD CLASS eye surgeons, doctors and a whole team to serve and share hope in Christ! 

We translate, schedule pre exams for surgery and help bring in people from humble circumstances. In exchange , we get our single Mom families, special needs kids  world class eye care. Our precious Ruth (special needs) living in the the city dump got her cross eyes repaired!! Single mom Felicita had cataract  surgery and dear friend Carlos from the Brick Yard got a prosthetic leg ! 11 YEARS AGO TODAY I MET MY WIFE IN THE AMAZON JUNGLE!

It’s crazy, this was 11 years ago today in the Amazon Jungle, Perú  I met this beauty from Bucaramanga Colombia 🇨🇴  while on a mission trip helping at local orphanage! Within just a few days, I knew God had given me a wife (Cristy wasn’t as sure 🤪 ) …… the next year we were married, started our non-profit Live Simply for Orphans and opened a boys home for street kids! God is so good with the details ! It’s All Love!

The Legacy of Charlie Craig

Four years ago today, our beloved Charlie Craig went to Heaven...Over a decade ago, our family joined Charlie for annual mission trips to the Amazon Jungle. Charlie's legacy lives on. FREE WHEELCHAIR CLINIC IN REMOTE AREAS

Some were carried in, some rode old wheelchairs in, while a few got fitted for prosthetic legs….yet every single person was praising the LORD as they rode out with new chairs and walkers and the HOPE only found thru Jesus Christ!!!!

Many wait for years for custom wheelchairs not available for purchase in remote areas. Live Simply is helping sponsor this MMI clinic traveling thru southern Perú with your help for two weeks with hundreds of new wheelchairs!
