Over 18 years ago, our family joined Charlie Craig (Mt Holly NC) for annual mission trips to the Amazon Jungle. Charlie's legacy lives on. Our Live Simply family is now serving in a small shanty town in Characato, Peru and Bucaramanga, Colombia living what we believe. We continue our journey serving the forgotten. We rescue abandoned street children. Live Simply for Orphans Peru and Colombia embraces the special needs community and physically disabled helping run a special needs orphanage and school. We love and evangelize families with disabilities, mental illness and special needs.

FOLLOW THE MENDOZA BOYS MOVE TO PERU! After months of prayer, we are excited to share that God has called our family back to Peru this August.
There were many moments when this move seemed impossible, but God kept reminding us: "If you will go, I will provide." So, in faith, that's exactly what we're doing.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be selling our vehicles and reducing everything we own to what can fit into five suitcases. When we arrive, we'll be starting over completely—finding a home and slowly furnishing it from the ground up.
Throughout this journey, God has been teaching us that our joy isn't found in what we own, but in following Him. We have no Plan B—only complete trust that the One who called us will faithfully provide.
Please pray for our family as we begin this new chapter and return to serve the children and families of Peru. We can't wait to share all that God has in store!
