Young Boy Feeds His Family with your LOVE!

Meet 15 year old Edwin, a mentally challenged mute. He is unable to walk due to a birth defect in his hips. They are twisted sideways and his legs are atrophied with a curvature in his spine. His family uses a  wheelbarrow to transport him or allow him just to be outside with others. His parents are mentally slow along with a mentally challenged brother. His older sister is a 19 years old single Mom, she has a two year old baby. His sister works in the local street market to provide for her family. Through your love and support, we provide food rations and clothing donations to them every month. We are blessed to share the Gospel and provide hope through Jesus Christ!

MUDSLIDES, FOOD Relief for Widows, Orphans and Special Needs

Rainy season here causes havoc washing out rural dirt roads causing mudslides. During this delicate time, we are able to provide food rations to widows and special needs families with your love. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

RIOTING, MUDSLIDES and LOTS of LOVE!

God's been good, the neighborhood not so good ! Antigovernment mobs in Peru have been blocking highways, setting fires on farm land, destroying infrastructure and attacking police stations for more than a month. Organized gangs have made multiple attempts to take over airports and halt railroads. The rioting coupled with rainy season mudslides have made it a mess. Over 40 have died in Arequipa due to the rainy season mudslides, 58 killed and over 800 injured in riots. This clip below shows our living room filled with donations that will be reaching our single Mom families (with special needs and disabilities) are getting food rations because of you. Pray for our community as Cristy and I make these critical home visits. It’s all Love!

Protesting Continues to Hit Our Hometown

On December 6, 2022, President Castillo was impeached for attempting to dissolve the nation’s Congress and calling for new elections. Congress ignored his decree. Castillo was immediately taken into custody. He remains in jail, ordered by Peru’s Supreme Court. Vice President Boluarte became Peru’s first female President after lawmakers arrested Pedro Castillo. This is Peru’s 6th President in the last 5 years. Protests/rioting calling for political change broke out around the country. They have gotten progressively more severe in the last 6 weeks. As of today, over 50 are now dead and 775 injured in the clashes . Our local airport in Arequipa was invaded again today. Previously the protestors/rioters destroyed the security infrastructure and set fire to security gate while overtaking the airport’s runway. Police/Military have blocked the Pan American Highway. This is the main road in and out of Arequipa to control entry into the city.

In the capital of Lima, over 12,000 police/military have been deployed. Again today, fierce clashes broke out in Arequipa. Live footage from the city showed people trying to tear down airport fences and fields surrounding the airport were bellowing smoke. All flights were suspended again. Worker strikes, transportation strikes and blocked roads are expected to continue.
